Definitely his composure, usually takes a few attempts to score one.

When James Beattie joined blues Che Adams' performances went to another level. Juan Pablo Angel anyone?!

Get Juan Pablo in, good shout that is. Then sign his son, who looks a great player, for our youth set up lol.

Juan Pablo seems very happy in Columbia. I think his son plays for a pro side over there.

Bang on  reckon a former player can work wonders mentoring a younger player provided he is wiling to learn---ive heard J.T. has been really working with Tyrone Mings----- reckon JPL would be ideal but distance might prove a problem---hows about giving Peter Withe Dean Saunders a shout?  Tammy,s exuberance and work rate is without question--with a bit of 1 to 1 coaching some of them numerous missed chances --eg that blast over the bar on Saturday when it seemed easier to score--we was dead in line, could well be converted, benefitting obviously player and club.

I'd definitely get a former player in for mentoring. Having the likes of Taylor, Mellberg, Laursen and Angel around can only serve as a positive, especially for those youngsters
