05/09/2017 : The 26 counties flopped tonight, meaning there will probably be a winner takes all match between Wales and ROI in the final match of the final round in October, with Wales in the driving seat.

All set-up for the play-off decider on Monday, Wales v Ireland (ROI).

Friday 6th October
Georgia 0-1 Wales
Ireland (ROI) 2-0 Moldova

Thanks Larry,  I knew Wales had won but didn't know how  Ireland had got on as I have been to bingo with the Mrs . That will be one big match Monday.  Any chance you could explain what both teams have to do to qualify or get the play offs.

SSN summed up Wales' prospects well in their match report, Patrick :

Wales will secure play-off qualification if they avoid defeat against Republic of Ireland and can even win the group if they beat Martin O'Neill's side and Serbia fail to beat Georgia on Monday night.

Saturday 7th October, WCQ : Gibraltar 0-6 Estonia
