Transfer Speculation Summer 2016

Having good footballers also helps. We have a lack of them and the good ones that we do have have been drawn into the toxic atmosphere syndrome. Once Lerner goes and a manager with direction is appointed you will see a big difference. The new manager needs to get rid of the driftwood and bring in some stability.

These are priorities for the Championship:

- New Keeper

- Experienced CB. As much potential that Toner possesses, we need an experienced CB who isn't a c**t (Mr Lescott). A Robert Huth type player.

- A goal scoring box to box midfielder. Assuming we keep Gana to break up the play, our midfield needs an engine who will provide something we have lacked in midfield for a long time: goals. And the best thing is we already have him. Gary Gardner.

- Two proper wingers. Grealish is one. Would love to have Albrighton on the other flank.

- A 20+ goal striker with Championship experience. Gestede?

Astonishing that we spend £55m last summer and are 51 points behind a team that cost approx £25m in total .

Shows what a good experienced manager can do Eastie.

And most of that £25m to build Leicester was spent by Pearson .

point of note on Pearson as you questioned  why he was sacked by Leicester - the official word was breakdown in his relationship with the board and Ranieri confirmed today he was told his objective this season was to keep Leicester up , so it would seem clear Pearson was sacked not on results but for off the pitch reasons.

Could be a collection of bad publicity as he was involved in various bust ups with fans and press and maybe his sons actions were another part of the reason his relationship broke down with the owner .

he got the bullet because his son had sex with ten prostitutes in Thailand , Nigel wouldnt apologise to the Thai owners  so the club sacked both of them , anyway this link explains it better and shows how genuine nigel is , on the streets of Birmingham

Nigel Pearsons son and his mates were calling the girls slags and swapping them around. Then they put their faces on social media. The Thai people are very respectful and whilst they don't hide prostitution they don't want it broadcast on social media. These girls earn money from prostitution to help their families survive and to show this much disrespect to them angered the Thai owners. I've been to Thailand a few times and the squalor and filth in some areas is terrible. Some of these families survive on £10 per month. Can you believe that? Pearsons son deserved to get the sack. Perhaps Nigel felt that a healthy fine to be paid to the girls was a better way than sacking his son.

I think Nigel was wrong there,  Maybe he  should have apologised to the Thai owners on his sons behalf , and if he had done that he would still be Leicesters manager
