Jaden Philogene would be open to a move to Turkey according to his agent Ivo Camacho.
Jaden Philogene returned to Villa from Hull during the summer after Unai Emery admitted it was a mistake to allow him to leave the season before. The winger has struggled for regular game time since his return with just 4 starts so far this season (15 appearances).
There have been a few rumours of late linking the winger with a move in January so it’s no real surprise that his agent has had something to say.
Speaking to SABAH Sport, Camacho said: “We haven’t received a direct official offer yet . I wouldn’t be surprised if there was any interest in this regard,” and continued, “Jaden, if there is a good offer, he will want to play for Fenerbahçe. He always has the goal of being an ambitious team playing for the championship. ”
Philogene has been hit-and-miss in his appearances this season, impressing in the 1-0 win over Bayern Munich in the Champions League but has struggled to hold down a starting place.
The player has always made it clear that he wants to be playing regularly so it is no real surprise that his agent is touting him out for a move. Would Villa allow him to leave on loan? I’m not so sure. A permanent deal may be more likely if they can find a replacement. This could be an interesting story to watch when the window opens at midnight tonight.
