Tonights game caused more harm than good for either sides, and the thing was i knew it was coming as i predicted in the match preview this morning.

Spurs drop to 5th today after Liverpools win against Merseyside rivals Everton, while Villa stay 7th, two points adrift of Spurs with a game in hand.

Both sides attacked and cancelled each other out as the defences of both sides including goalkeepers each had there own agenda.

The home side had the better of the chances and could of been awarded a penalty late on, but the referee thought otherwise.

Villa now have the easy task of taking on Manchester United on Wednesday, so another easy one for Martin and the boys eh?
