I know this will sound stupid, but on football manager I always try to get al the midlands teams into the premiership. Villa, blues, baggies, wolves, nottm forest, Leicester, derby. I'd love it if they were all in the premiership, the rivalry would be immense

I saw something in today's performance that gave me some hope of staying up ,,

Love it!!!!! Supporting Villa isn't good for my health!!!! Or my marriage Bank balance Car Self respect :-)

listenining to the post match interview----i do,nt envisage much, if any experience being brought in,-- Lambo said Villa have skimmed relegation the last 2 seasons with experience,---and he is right,!

Figeroua is a massive loss for Wigan

“Each smallest act of kindness, reverberates across great distances and spans of time --affecting lives unknown to the one who’s generous spirit, was the source of this good echo. Because kindness is passed on and grows each time it’s passed until a simple courtesy becomes an act of selfless courage, years later, and far away. Likewise, each small meanness, each expression of hatred, each act of evil.”

Can anyone see a scenario where we and Wigan need only a point each to stay up?

When teams have been relegated like QPR and Reading the pressure is then off and they start winning a game or two what odds on QPR beating Newcastle?

West ham v Newcastle

QPR V Newcastle

Newcastle V Arsenal

Newcastle have won one away all season and that was against us

they lost 7-3 at Arsenal

Beat QPR 1-0 at home

They lost at home to Westham 0-1

lol isn't it quite ironic how the teams involved have quite abit of bitterness towards us

Wigan - Whelan/Martinez saga

Newcastle - Relegation/Hatred saga

Sunderland - Bent/Di Canio saga

Norwich - Lambert saga

The fight is on to the death !!!
