ak47deol 177
He done well to turn it around to get a point tonight but we shouldnt have that problem in the first place he picks the team and tactics so the blame is gonna fall on his door if we dont get the results Yet no blame to the players who arent performing? No blame to the chairmen who refuseses to spend? Most managers may well have walked out on the club if not given what they want, AM deserves credit
POUTNEY 8
I was the only to say keep McLeish in this thread up to that point. Find one post where I said I wanted O'Neil out... Obviously you have to give a new manager at least one full season unless the club fall into the relegation area which is a different kettle of fish. See what happens at the end of this season Randys got to make a few decisions! POUNTNEY

lukedaw 80
70% of possession and 15 shots on target, not to bad! Will be intresting to see how we do against newcastle. Get well soon Petrov
LaVillain 65
Seemed to motivate the team enough to get a point from 2 nil down If you got a problem with AM then you got a problem with Aston Villa as he aint going nowhere anytime soon. Fans should either get behind him and the team or just p*ss off If you have to motivate a team 2-0 down AT HOME to earn a draw against a mediocre QPR team......Then why cant you motivate them before kickoff??????? when your up to your nuts in alligators...It's hard to concentrate and remember your initial task was to drain the swamp
ak47deol 177
Yeah it has to be shared but as the boss he should either drop them if not performing or give them a rocket up the arse like hutton and warnock are costing us games at the moment and need a few games on the bench its his decision to play them Warnock was dropped for Clark, Clark proved again he can NOT play LB and Warnock cam eon in the game and showed why he is our number 1 LB. That position does need improving but RL hasnt given AM any money so he cant buy anyone can he. If you have a few million lying around go give him some and he will try to solve the problems but whilst he has nothing he cant!

Ask Wenger the same question as he seemed to do it on the weekend, but like i have said before on this matter many times on this site many people just did not want AM in as manager and are just waiting for any little chance to snap at him,
