The location of the jet is unknown but it hasn't landed in Madrid were Roberto Martinez is reportedly.

Perhaps hes gone on holiday to Benidorm! or gone to see Frank Rijkaard in Amsterdam or...almost anything

Its started to look amateurish in the extreme.

Could have gone to meet Ancelotti face to face in Italy of course.

Perhaps Jim Bowen will get it!!....or Jedward!

Whats all the fuss over Martinez, I have had my eye on him for quite a while, since he was at Swansea, where they played some real smart stuff in the Championship, he has continued this at Wigan with crowds of about 351 a week to support his rebuilding plans.

The one thing he can do is build a team who play together and not as individuals, you watch the next one to come through the ranks will be Gus Poyet, who also has similar beliefs on how the game should be played.

Martinez will bring on our kids aswell, and if it is that we haven't got the money, or whether RL is trying very hard to comply with the new regulations, then we shall just have to get on with it. RL spent a bucket load with MON in charge, chasing CL footy and failed, it is now even harder to achieve this, so at best with our support, we are no more than a top eight team, so time to get real boys...

Ive just read Faulkners statement the usual PR rubbish and I suddenly thought what would Doug have done in this situation.He would have had a manager signed up some days ago.

Martinez (who I like) better not walk away from this job unless Randy is usuing him as a smokescreen to get further time to sell the job to Ancelotti.

David Moyes has possibily been promised The Man U job when Fergie decides to call it a day...mind you he will have a long wait!!

Dave Whelan has stated on Talksport (on air now) that Villa requested permisson to speak to Martinez 9 days ago!
