The Official 'we Hate Small Heath' Thread

if they make that a rule. there would be a fair few decent players to be had.

And it the reported figures about Villa's wage v turnover are true we would fall into that category!

“Each smallest act of kindness, reverberates across great distances and spans of time --affecting lives unknown to the one who’s generous spirit, was the source of this good echo. Because kindness is passed on and grows each time it’s passed until a simple courtesy becomes an act of selfless courage, years later, and far away. Likewise, each small meanness, each expression of hatred, each act of evil.”

I have just been reading BIH "Annual Report" on Irasia (Asian Stock markets) irasia.com/listco/hk/birminghamint/annual/index.htm

And it now state's by their own auditors

"Without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to Note 3 to the financial statements which indicates that the group has incurred a loss of HK$431,201,000 (£35 million) during the first period and, as of this date the groups current liabilities exceeded its total assets by HK$340,585,000 (£28 million).

These conditions along with other matters as set forth in Note 3 indicate the existence of very material uncertainty which casts "SIGNIFICANT" doubt about the groups ability to CONTINUE as a going concern....

Now this is the Blousers own auditors stating this, It won't be long!! Very very Rarerly will you see a business continue especially when their liabiliteis far EXCEED their assets and income.

The other interesting note is that by admitting the above, it would be nigh on impossible to sell the business on with its current debts and incomings and outgoings out weighing the debt by nigh on 83%.

Oh and please remember that this is first period report, add this to the reported 93 mill they allready owe and the total is nigh on 128 million now how much are the Blousers worth?

how long before liquidation? at this rate it wont be long. but i would think someone will step in or a way around the probs will be found. i cant see the sty folding. something will happen.

Roge, I would think that it could take up to 6 months for real problems to arrise. But with the ever unfolding reports about BIH investigations into BIH will suerly start in the next ten or so days.

The thing been, BIH was created by Carscum Yeung and in reality there is only one true investor as I stated earlier in this post, I would suspect that BIH has indeed been laundering money in some way shape or form, as none of the other companies that Carscum created to set up BIH have any type of earning potential and indeed 2 of those companies do show money coming in but from no source?????

obviously the money coming is not enough to turn their results.

I find it strange that no one as of yet has actually looked into Yeung and Pannu and where there primary income source came from? As for selling the club, the debt is indeed massive, and the club in todays market only has a value of around 30 mill tops, obviously the players are not taken into account as they are a different type of asset, and if problems arise, they would be the first to be sold to try and aleviate some of the debt prior to sale.

Whether CY and Pannu are deliberately trying to bankrupt the Blousers is a question that needs to be asked, as CY and Pannu have indeed been trying to get a Hong Kong based casino company into the Blousers, this idea was not welcomed by the FA, and indeed they were told no way, but by bankcrupting the club, maybe they think this is a way to get these people in the back door so to speak. We will indeed have to wait to find out, but everything at the Sty as normal smells.

:furious:

mmmmmm, interesting that they're being investigated.

Well! cant say its before time, now don't get me wrong, I am all up for business and individuals earning money, but Carscum Yung and his sidekick are scum and only purcahsed the Blouse to wash and clean cash, along with setting up ghost companies in order to attain a football club, these are the type of people that English football doesn't need to be associated with, no matter how bad times are. I for one hope that the powers that be realise exactly what Young and Pannu have been doing and what Young and Pannu are trying to do in order to corrupt and destroy the English game as we know it.

If BIH holdings are allowed to continue in their present vain, it won't be too much longer before match fixing/ score fixing similar to that in cricket a while back raises its ugly head in football. If I can find out and see what is going on, the its time for the powers to be to see it too. :furious:

Well, there are very few people around who would take over a business that is in hughe debt and needs vast amounts investing into it in order to get it up and running, and with an ever shrinking customer base would it be worth it? I think not! Lets see how Carscum and Co get on when the investigation really gets under way.
