dorset lion 391
They had a good result against Brighton last time out, hopefully It'll be a flash in the pan and they return to their poor form while we continue our recent revival. 1-3 to Villa For those wanting a pre match pint near the ground I recommend the Firkin Shed, its about half way between the central station and ground, about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the ground. It's small but serves excellent ales and ciders. I'll be in there before the game if any of you fancy a pint and if by chance you should have a spare ticket the beers are on me. avstu 263
Such a big game. A win would give us a bit of a cushion from the bottom three. I dread to think what a defeat would do. freddy 185
A big big game---3 points would mean so much----next game is 2 weeks tomorrow--so no reason not to go all out -- Come On YOU LIONS----------- B,mouth 1 AVFC

Larry-AV 123
EPL (Premier League), Saturday 01/02/2020 : Bournemouth 2-1 Aston Villa Without seeing the game it is hard to tell if this result reflected the play. In any event it is not good and AVFC have conceded the double to Bournemouth too. At least AVFC are not in the bottom 3 tonight, just out at 17th. Attendance : 10,722 (SSN) After this result AVFC's total Form Points fell from 40 to 38 ... that is, points after 38 games. The maximum available is now 64 points, with 39 points left to play for. AVFC are below par and 17th in the table, with 25 points and GD at -15 from 25 games. Edited February 1, 2020 by Larry-AV Update. Quote AVFC RFC SAFC
Anty 1
Reina was poor, should have saved both goals. Defence was very shaky for some reason. Grealish carried the team as usual. Davies and Samatta caused issues when Davies came on El Ghazi, Nakamba, Luiz all very poor too
freddy 185
Very disappointed with the result----they have done the double over us --which aint no good, especially against relegation rivals, we now have 2 weeks to get things sorted and go again against Jose and his spuds--
