From the 2014 thread :

Sir Jack Hayward, the sort of Chairman we at AVFC can only dream of having !

Sir Jack Hayward, the former owner and chairman of Wolverhampton Wanderers, has died. He was 91.

- R.I.P.

Skysports - Former Wolves owner Sir Jack Hayward has died aged 91

Sir Jack always said to me that he was a custodian of the club during his ownership, he was merely looking after Wolves for the supporters.

- Wolverhampton Wanderers Chairman Steve Morgan

I saw the first episode of Star Trek while sitting on my late mothers lap and have been a devoted Trekkie ever since.

Live long and prosper Mr Spock where ever your God is.

Dave Mackay was a fantastic football player. Those type of players do not exist anymore. Football, Fans and his Team mates came before money. An absolute legend. May he rest in peace.
