I think both squads looked a lot stronger then than now.

You can't see the eyes of the demon......'till him come callin'

Villa certainly had an attractive team that season, there was certainly a good mixture of youth and experience in both sides! while now Villa have just got youth while West Ham have jot got experience. Another funny thing to mention is Glenn Roeder at the time was West Ham's manager and now i believe he's currently one of Lambert's scouting staff!

probably a dull 0-0 but think we can hit them hard. But will reckon they will play 9 defenders for this and park that bus tight in. Might suit them more than us

As i said it's all about getting that first early goal! If we can get one then I think we'll be able to score more. It's certain vital we pile there box! If Gabby is fit then we should look to go three upfront.

Feeling goo and looking forward to the game as normal the night before and looking forward to seeing the Lads at the Addies! in paticular Brian (aka Killer) who is over form the Emeralf Isle once again to darken our doors!

2-1 or 3-2 to Villa!! we are concede if Vlaar is out! what a monster he has been in defence this year! almost reminiscent to Ollie Melberg!

“Each smallest act of kindness, reverberates across great distances and spans of time --affecting lives unknown to the one who’s generous spirit, was the source of this good echo. Because kindness is passed on and grows each time it’s passed until a simple courtesy becomes an act of selfless courage, years later, and far away. Likewise, each small meanness, each expression of hatred, each act of evil.”
