What's the ground like?
Upton Park is a decent size stadium that boasts the impressive Dr Martins stand that was only opened in 2001. This stand is also reported as the largest league stand in London.
There can be a very large noise created in this stadium especially when the home fans sing there anthem 'Blowing Bubbles' about twenty times during the game.
Directions
Take North Circular (A406) to A124 (East Ham), then on Barking Road for approximately 1.5 miles until you approach the traffic lights on cross-roads.
Turn right into Green Street, ground is on the right hand side.
Parking

The club have stated that parking is available around the local streets. We suggest Romford Road. But like all street parking arrive early to avoid disappointment.
And also like all London clubs we would advice you to travel by coach or train. Pictures

Away Fan's Experience

Away fans are located on the left side of the Centerary stand are usually allocated 3,000 tickets. Fans in the ground are compact and this ground is said to be not for the newbie football fan.
They offer refreshments including the football special famous balti pie. Alcohol is served inside the ground, but it gets very busy.
Where to drink

West Ham Social Club - The West Ham Social Club is a five minute walk from the ground and is a mixed club although the closer you get to kick off the more and more West Ham fans arrive. The owners usually move the away fans upstairs then to avoid any trouble.
The Queens - The Queens is located on Green Street and like most pubs locally is majority home fans however away fans have been spotted using this pub while wearing there club colors.
We have been told by West Ham fans to alert all away fans to stay away from The Boleyn Tavern as this is strictly home fans only and they don't take to kindly to away fans entering the pub.
