Avillafan.com takes a lot of time, effort and money to keep up and running and all the backroom staff work flat out to keep it up to date for all of our users out there. No staff at Avillafan.com get payed for what they do, they do it for their love of Aston Villa F.C.
The owners also set the website up with their own money and once again have made no profit out of the website. I hear you ask, 'what happens to the money from advertisements etc?'. Well lets explain, all money that is earned through the website has gone back into the website. From us advertising on other websites, to better features and even competitions that we run.
You see our aim when the website was setup was to have a Aston Villa fansite that is run by the fans, and who knows better than what fans want than fans themselves? Thats why we set it up and we offer lots of different features around the website - which are also all free may i add.
I guess what we are saying is, we are not going to ask users for money as its a free service and im sure if you was to make a donation you would like it to go to a charity of some sort and we also agree with this.
But if you would like to help keep us going, and be able to offer bigger and better competitions then all donations big or small are welcome.
