Avillafan.com was founded on the 10th October 2006 and was the idea of three football fans who had one passion in common, Aston Villa FC. With the site growing all the time we have became one of the most popular Aston Villa fansites on the internet today.
From day one our main aim for this website was to give Aston Villa fans somewhere to find information that all fans need across the Premier league season, and also a friendly place for fans to meet and chat about all things Aston Villa over at our forums. In the first year we have reached over 10,000 posts on our forums and even people of the forums have got together on a match day.
Over time we have put together a huge amount of information, from breaking news to matchday reports.
The latest design and look of the website was released in January 2008 and is the second redesign of the website.
This website is run by Aston Villa fans in there spare time, and as much as we try to give you the latest news from Villa Park we are not always able to do this as we all have our own daytime jobs.
